With a small gesture you can help us build the house of Allah through your tax return.

Attention: the 5 × 1000 IS NOT AN EXTRA TAX
but it is a neutral share destined to the State if not made out to any association.

How you do it?

If you submit your tax return:

• Fill in form 730, the CUD or the Single Model;

• Sign in the box "Support of non-profit organizations of social utility, associations of social promotion ..."

• Indicate the ACSI tax code: 95168900652.

If you are NOT required to submit your tax return:

1. Fill out the form provided with the CUD by your employer or pension provider by signing in the box indicated as "Support for non-profit organizations of social utility, social promotion associations" and indicating the tax code

of the association 95168900652 .;

2. Insert the card in a sealed envelope, write on the envelope "DESTINATION FIVE PER THOUSAND IRPEF" and indicate your surname,

name and tax code;

3. Deliver the envelope to a post office, to a bank branch - which receives them free of charge - or to an intermediary authorized for electronic transmission (CAF, accountants).
